When looking for this tracker, I looked in the Develop menu. Finding no
specific link, I went to Get Involved. After I failed to find a link there, I
eventually looked in the Get Help menu and found the "Bug Tracker" link.
There should be a link to the ITS from the Develop menu (I would recommend
dedicating an entry for a direct link). I am not going to argue that there
should be no link in the Get Help menu, but the current design could lead users
to think that filing a ticket is a way to get help, which is not really the
case. If it was me, I would simply move the link from Get Help to Develop.
