After looking for the changes in version 2 on https://www.wireshark.org/ for
several minutes, I found a link labelled "Release Notes" in the User
Documentation section. Unfortunately, it took me a few more minutes to click
that link and find what I was looking for, since I assumed I would not find the
changes in version 2 there, due to the mention "Version 0.99.2" just below.
Obviously, at this point nobody cares about changes done in versions prior to
0.99.2. Either that mention should be removed, or it should mention the
*latest* version which has release notes.
