I won't argue that this is not true at all, but in that sense, I could argue
another way to get help would be to download the latest build in case it fixes
the bug. And "Latest Builds" is found in the Develop menu, and is not found in
the Get Help menu.

In my book, 100%. Several projects use "Contribute" instead of "Develop" to
clarify the general sense.
