that same hex value is translated to "33304", which I believe is the
correct value.
You mean the window size field is 33304?
Why do you beleive that 33304 is the correct value? Is it a holy number? Are you a numerologist?

FYI You should be aware that the the sender of a TCP packet advertises a window size to the other end for the purpose of flow control. This can vary during the lifetime of a connection.
