Running on 64-bit Windows 7 Service Pack 1, build 7601, with locale C, with
WinPcap version 4.1.3 (packet.dll version 4.1.0.2980), based on libpcap version
1.0 branch 1_0_rel0b (20091008), with GnuTLS 3.2.15, with Gcrypt 1.6.2, without
AirPcap.
Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4300M CPU @ 2.60GHz (with SSE4.2), with 4009MB of physical
memory.

MNC of 2 or 3 digits is being mixed.
e.g in an IMSI in attach request/creation session is:
244075577000011 (MCC:244 and 2 digits MCC: 07),
Wireshark shows the MNC as 075 (taking one more digit from the imsi).
If I had another imsi with three digit MNC e.g. 200, then wireshar will show it
as 20.
