The 26th packet displays "Packet size limited during capture"

the newest stable version: 1.10.0

Hi, all:
I use the new stable Wireshark relase (1.10.0) to open the attachment
package, and it displays "Packet size limited during capture" in the 26th
packet. I think maybe it is a bug of Wireshark.
Could any one help to check it? Thanks very much!
