there are no official plans to add this.
in fact there are no plans at all regarding ethereal development.
most of it happens spontaneoulsy when someone feels like/wants
to/needs to add a certain feature.


if certain features are useful,  someone will sooner or later send in
a patch to implement them.


please feel free to produce a patch that adds this feature.

Another feature that would be nice if someone implemented were if
someone would port the IPSEC decryption thing from tcpdump into
ethereal.
