Hi -
Please write back to the list with the following information so we can
try to track this down:
a) The version of Sniffer Pro you're using (software version and
hardware platform)
b) The version of Ethereal you are using (especially interesting would
be whether it seemed accurate in Ethereal prior to version 10.9 or if it
has always been "off")
c) If at all possible please send a small sample capture.  The Sniffer
folks have used a variety of mechanisms to encode time values in their
files and we obviously haven't identified the complete set.
