If you're not using Ethereal 0.10.9, upgrade to Ethereal 0.10.9:

If you are using Ethereal 0.10.9, report this to ethereal-dev, and be
prepared to send capture files and values of the time stamps reported by
the Sniffer - the people who contirbuted the improved timestamp handling
said there's still more work to be done.
