Here's my wish list:

1)  Multi tab support so you can quickly look at filtered traces along with the original trace.
2)  Ability to keep the original packet numbers when you save the filtered trace.
3)  In .10.4 and pcap 3, I'm seeing Ethereal report missing tcp segments if the prior packet was fragmented by the router.
4)  Ability use relative sequence numbers even in TCP analysis.  For example I like using relative sequence numbers (easier on the eyes), but in the SACK left/right edge field, it only shows real sequence numbers.
5)  Function key (or keyboard shortcut) to zoom in on the screen (i.e. zoom into the hex view pane).  This may be available already and I haven't found it yet.
6)  Funckey key to step through the packets one at a time.  Helpful if you zoom into a pane and you want to move through the trace files.
