OK, you should a) install a package using rpm -Uhv <rpm-name>
(rpm -i <rpm-name> will do too, but only if you do not have
the package installed already) and b) read the output of the
command you just ran. It normally gives you a hint whether it
was successful - and printing its usage usually indicates
failure, not success.
