You can't - there isn't one. The plugin works only with earlier versions of Ethereal.
You can download Ethereal 0.9.15, which includes many of the H.232 protocols that are in the H.323 plugin.

 or linux mandrake 9.0 ?


RPMs built on some version of Red Hat can be downloaded from

	ftp://ftp.ethereal.com/pub/ethereal/rpms/
although I don't know what version of RH they were built on (9?), and I don't know whether they'd also work on Mandrake or, if they do, on which version(s) of Mandrake they'd work).
