Are you doing the Web surfing on the machine running Ethereal, or on
another machine?

If you're doing the Web surfing on another machine (so that the traffic
isn't sent from, or do, the machine with the Cisco adapter), that's
unlikely to work unless the machine running Ethereal is running Linux or
FreeBSD, and you have the right versions of the driver for the Cisco
adapter:

If you're doing the Web surfing on the machine running Ethereal, that's
probably a driver problem.  Try using WinDump:

on the same adapter; if you still don't see the traffic, report that to
the WinPcap developers:

	http://winpcap.polito.it/contact.htm

although, if it's a driver problem, there's probably nothing they can do
about it.
