Is there any reason *not* to include it? We don't build dissectors from it (yet), but if somebody's going to be working with any of the dissectors generated with asn2eth, they'll want the specifications from which it was generated.

On the other hand, anybody who's doing development should arguably be working with anonymous SVN or a snapshot tarball.
