Good People:

I am running Ethereal 10.3 (C) with Wincap 3.0 on Windows 2000 Server SP4
and I am experiencing the hang after stop capture problem.  Filemon reveals
constant access by Ethereal of the drivers/etc/protocol file,

I have attaached two very brief capture files from these sessions.  I have
also attached a capture file which I was able to save after a successful
session.  The successful session was very short.
