Did you try the new ADNS library? You can find it at:

http://download.jgaa.com/ftp/pub/gnu/adns/adns-1.0-win32-03.zip

You only need the file named "adns_dll.dll" in "adns_win32\lib" from the
extracted ZIP archive; you then drop it in the directory where Ethereal was
installed (e.g. C:\Program Files\Ethereal).
