Changed all items to "Endpoint List" and get rid of the "Host List" group.

Hmm, I just called it "Throughput Graph" as this might be somewhat more 
descriptive IMHO.

Same applies to the "TCP Stream Analysis" -> "TCP Stream Graphs"


If someone disagrees on this (and hopefully has a better suggestion), 
please let me know,
