Or, probably better yet, make it an option in config.nmake...

Or perhaps have Ethereal read the help text from files at run time,
rather than building it into the help dialog code.  If it scans the
directory for help files, you could even add *additional* help pages
without changing the code....

help and doc are different paths with different makefile targets.

help: built-in help for ethereal
doc: html / manpages
