Hello all,

I'd like to contribute this feature to ethereal. It's a simple counter for
H.225 Messages and their reason tags. This gives you an overview of
h225-traffic in a capture file.

Measurement of Service Response Time for H.225 RAS will follow soon. A few
preparations are already included in this patch.

I have also attached patches for makefiles and doku.

I hope I didn't forget anything. Please check in, if acceptable.
