IBM hasn't given me permission to submit a new file :-(

Meaning that you have to go through bureaucratic hoops for each file, or meaning that somehow IBM considers that one more problematic than other stuff you've contributed?

So if someone else feels like contributing that, it would be great.

I've done a cut-and-paste to produce packet-dcerpc-initshutdown.[ch], and checked it in. I have no captures on which to test it, so I don't guarantee that I got it right.

My hands are tied on this, though.

Meaning they *won't* give you permission?
