"distclean", as is the case with "make".

I've checked in a change to give all Makefile.nmake files "distclean"
targets and to have the "clean" target not remove stuff that the "clean"
target in the Makefiles doesn't remove, as well as adding
"ethereal-tap-register.c" and "tethereal-tap-register.c" to the
"distclean" rules.
