Hi List!

The following two files are generated, but not removed in the nmake targets: "clean" or "distclean". 

in gtk\makefile.nmake: "ethereal-tap-register.c"

in makefile.nmake: "tethereal-tap-register.c"

As I'm doing a "distclean" everytime I'm updating to the latest CVS changes, this isn't very nice  :-(


I'm not sure, if these files should be cleaned up in "clean" or "distclean" targets.


Also, the file ethereal-tap-register.c isn't even mentioned in the README.win32 file, where the other special files are mentioned (but the file tethereal-tap-register.c is).
