After switching from WS 1.3.1 to 1.4.1 (Linux, 32bit):

I have toggled "Name Resolution / Display OID" several times in the GUI, restarted wireshark, and the setting has been restored every time as expected.

However, it also appears that "snmp.display_oid" is always commented out with value "TRUE" in the $HOME/.wireshark/preferences file, even though the file has been rewritten (evident from file time).
No alternate user profiles exist.
No global wireshark.conf exists.

Is there a new place where wireshark 1.4.1 stores its preferences, or some of them?
