It was 1.1.0. I guess I was one of the lucky folks who got it. I see they have withdrawn 1.1.0 for Windoze. I am now downloading 1.0.3.

Which version are you trying to install? There was a problem with the
application manifests in the 1.1.0 Windows packages, so they might not work on
your system.
