You have to run it in a command prompt, not just double click it. There you should be able to run tshark -v and send that together with this info to gitlab as an issue at
https://gitlab.com/wireshark/wireshark/-/issues so we can take a proper look. Without that info we cant do anything. Also interesting would be if you installed any updates or software since the last time it ran successfully. Please add that to the bug report as well
cheers
Yes tried it and auto open cmd prompt only.

Did you try tshark as mentioned?
hi,
I have used wireshark on the same laptop but have been facing this issue since yesterday .
unistall wireshark ,Npcap
delete setup and folders from program file
restart laptop
download new wireshark setup and install again
restart LP but same issue .
please find below error from event viewer and suggest .
Seems something is wrong with your setup. Could you try with another user? You could also try to run the command-line utility tshark, which is installed together with wireshark. An error like you described is not known to us.
regards
Hi,
When I try to open it there is no progress even an error message .
try to old and new version also
Wireshark-4.6.3-x64
Wireshark-4.4.13-x64

Could you specify what is happening when you open it? From this description alone there is sadly nothing we can look into
