BTW, sorry for the delay in getting back to you.  I was interrupted, and then when I got back, I had the following subversion meltdown trying to update my working copy:

C:\wireshark\vs2008ee>svn update
svn: Checksum mismatch while updating 'dumpcap.c'; expected: '4d5e236f8cd40d8f789c97c5331725ac', actual: '59d8b3f36038dc004ea9c69484168c7a'
svn: Delta source ended unexpectedly

I tried a few things to recover it and Google searched for a solution, but decided to just check out everything new for now and deal with merging the differences I had later.  The good news is that my zlib1.dll.manifest problem I had earlier is gone, so I'm not sure what that was about.
