The universe must decay more slowly where you are. The entropy
gathering step doesn't seem to take very long here. I've updated the
GnuTLS package to include the securitypunk patch. Can you try it out?
The updated package also provides libgcrypt, libgpg-error, and libtasn1
support under Windows. ESP decryption should work now as a result.
