One note:
When I used GnuTLS (precompiled from
http://www.josefsson.org/gnutls4win/) the gnutls_global_init() calling
was endless on my PC.
The problem is mentioned at
http://www.securitypunk.com/libgcrypt/index.html.
When I use patched version from that page it works fine (but I have it
linked now only against my plugin not against the whole Wireshark)

Subject: [Wireshark-dev] GnuTLS for Windows added
I managed to build a GnuTLS package for Windows from the sources at
http://www.josefsson.org/gnutls4win/ . It works using the snakeoil
sample on the Wiki, but I haven't tested it against anything else. To
use it you'll have to run "nmake -f makefile.nmake setup" against a
recent SVN checkout.
