Thanks for the sctpDechunk suggestion, Kacer. It does not seem to work with
pcapng. Also, it would add a new layer for de-chunking before transforming into
JSON. That adds more complexity. Especially for live inserts into ElasticSearch
or other.
I'm still looking into it, though

I concur that the fix can be done at the JSON creation level. No need to impact
some other part of the code, IMHO
