Running on Mac OS X 10.10.5, build 14F1509 (Darwin 14.5.0), with locale
en_US.UTF-8, with libpcap version 1.5.3 - Apple version 47, with libz 1.2.5,
with GnuTLS 2.12.19, with Gcrypt 1.5.0.
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4980HQ CPU @ 2.80GHz (with SSE4.2)
Built using clang 4.2.1 Compatible Apple LLVM 7.0.2 (clang-700.1.81).

If I put the -T fields argument before the -e arguments, TShark complains
tshark: "-Tfields" was specified, but no fields were specified with "-e".
If I put it *after* the -e arguments, it works.
That violates the Principle of Least Surprise.
It should really defer the checking until after *all* the arguments have been
seen.
