What the 1st startup of Wireshark should look like.

This is what any 1st startup of Wireshark should look like.  All 3 windows
should be open.  None should be completely minimized or hidden with no
indication that they even exist, especially not the most important window of
all.  Even if it's just 1 line showing, all windows should be visible, at least
a little bit, so that any new user can know that they are actually there, & not
think that Wireshark is broken.
