Perhaps we should actually include the Lua 5.2 library's source code in our
repo and source tarball, and compile/link it if we don't find a Lua 5.2 lib on
the system? It's a very small library, and very rarely changes.
We could keep it as a separate git repo and include it as a git submodule in
wireshark's repo. (git submodules are a special animal not to be treated
lightly, but they're reasonable for this type of use-case)
