Currently if you go to Help > About Wireshark and open the "Folders" tab you
can see the location of various config files that Wireshark uses. One of those
folders is the "Personal Configuration".
I think it would be very helpful to be able to set this path manually to
another folder location. In my case I would set it to the path of my dropbox
folder, so that I could easily sync my profiles / coloring rules / etc across
devices.
I understand that currently I can copy and paste the profile folder from one
machine to the other but it would be much smoother and much easier to keep
track of changes if I could just have the ability to point the profile folder
to a path that was replicated.
