If the option "Auto Scroll Packet List in Live Capture" is enabled and then a
live capture is started (or restarted) the packet list scrolls automatically
down if enough packets have arrived but then the option does disable itself.
But I'm seeing this only on my laptop (capturing on wlan0) but not on my
desktop PC (capturing on eth0). Maybe it is a race condition because my laptop
is slower than my desktop PC.
