Build Information:
Paste the COMPLETE build information from "Help->About Wireshark", "wireshark
-v", or "tshark -v".

A bit of a crude patch, but it should ensure you only get SBC support when you
really want it. What's missing with the patch applied is automatic SBC support
checks (which is what you had in the first place) in case the user does not
provide the configure switch.
