Discovered while working on Pcap.Net (http://pcapdot.net).
In the attached pcap file, there's a single IPv6 packet with IPv4 as payload.
The IPv6 layer ends at offset 00c9 and the IPv4 layer should start at offset
00ca but Wireshark starts it at offset 00cb.
