Wireshark’s “Export..” feature takes the fragment as well as the whole
reassembled frame, but in case of tshark it is not happening.

I have a display-filter of 'gtp.teid==0xBEF00076' and frame #3 is the only
frame displayed because it matches the
filter; but it was really the reassembled PDU of frames #2 and #3 because they
were fragmented IP. But in case of File->EXPORT it takes all the frame numbers
#1 #2 and #3.

TSHARK COMMAND used ./tshark.exe -r ./FILE.pcap -R "gtp.teid==0xBEF00076" -w
FILE_10_P1.pcap.
