add default display filter to each profile

Each time a new profile is selected, it seems that there should also be a
default display filter applied.

For example, If I select my VoIP Profile, I would like this filter applied
automatically: " sip or rtp or rtcp ". 

Example of How the profile/filter is created:   

                    Profile Name:_______________________

                    Default Filter: ____________________ ( optional )

By doing this, I can leave my filter buttons to further drill down into the
packets.
