The init.lua file created by make-init-lua.pl has multiple
'MENU_STAT_TELEPHONY' variable setters, thus overwriting the value again and
again; because the perl script didn't grab the whole #define word.
I'll submit a fix to code review. (this gives me a chance to try this new git
stuff ;)
