Sorry i obscured the element you were looking for, it is actually showing my
domain\username. I ran the program with the same user account as the one i
logged in with (which is also member of the local Administrator group).
More confusing is that even after changing the registry key to 3, i thought the
problem was solved but the issue reoccurred after a while.
Anyway, i changed it backed to 2. Then ran dumpcap -D -Z none
It just hangs indefinitely. I cannot close the command prompt, i need to kill
the prompt process from the task manager.
