Thanks for the info. In the screenshot you've obscured the item I was looking
for, that is the owner of the task. I hope that it was the same user account
that was running Wireshark?
I have the registry setting you adjusted set to 2, and I don't need to run
Wireshark as Administrator.
Can you try setting the registry back to 2 and starting Wireshark again with
and without Administrator privileges? Arguably just running `dumpcap -D -Z
none` would suffice as that seems to be the real issue.
