Minor Enhancement to add further to the Fast Message conversation structure to
provide Data Region Address/Name lookup.

>From sample pcap, see original source of data region names in packets 121 and
127.

Region name is used then through-out the rest of the capture, see packets
129-175, 2481-2527 and then all Read Request & Response messages that follow.

I'm not certain that the region_lookup() function is the cleanest way to handle
strings but it seems to work quite effectively with the data sets I've
presented to it.
