Patch to add comment from selection to marked packet.
Build Information:

Adding comment to packet was long and tedious since we could only do one packet
at a time. I was looking for a better way to add comment to multiple packet
and used the marking of packet to select them to receive all the same comment.
The patch allow to add comment to multiple packets using the "marked" packet
flag.
