Thanks for your patience on this one. From now on I will update to the currect
HEAD release and build my mods on it. This set of patches was just some
cosmetic stuff mostly to ease future development. The next two or three will be
user-visible improvements which I think will be welcome additions to this
dissector. 

In case anyone is wondering, I decided to move the first feature, 'Filter name
"rpc.array.len", the number of ACEs returned in the response, changed  to
"nfs.num_aces"', from this patch to one that strictly concerns ACLs/ACEs. That
patch will be submitted in the next few days.
