        Build Information:
A build based on r48070 with some changes I'm debugging
--
If you've popped up a "show packet in a separate window" window (by, for
example, double-clicking a packet) then, if you change a preference that
affects dissection, the packet list and packet details panes of the main window
are updated, but the separate single-packet windows aren't.
In the case where I saw it, I turned off TCP relative sequence numbers, and the
main window started showing absolute sequence numbers but relative sequence
numbers were still shown in a single-packet window I'd popped up to let me
compare a couple of packets.
