The one thing that really jumps out at me when reading the drafts is the port
numbers are shared (expected to be relinguished) with NAT-PMP (a dissector
already in Wireshark written by Stig).  Neither protocol has strong heuristics,
so at least one of them can't hardcode the port number for dissection.  How
should this be handled - have both dissectors require dynamic ports (defaulting
to 0) regardless of what IANA has currently assigned?
