Open a "Save As" box and drag it around over the main window. The main window
is not redrawn, so there's a trail of fragments of the "Save As" window's
edges. In fact you can drag any other window over the main one and it isn't
redrawn.
Normal redraw operation is resumed as soon as the "Save As" window is closed.
This bug is NOT new with 1.6.4; it's been there for ages.
