Ok, makes sense. Being able to select multiple interfaces is a great
enhancement. One thought: Wouldn't it make sense to make the Start BUTTON
behave consistently with the Start LINK?
In the latest development version, you can select two interfaces and click the
Start link, which will start capturing on both interfaces. However, if you
select two interfaces and click the Start button, it will start capturing on
the default interface, not both interfaces (assuming this is the first time
that capturing has been started since Wireshark was launched).
If you use the Start link to capture on two interfaces, then stop the capture,
clicking the Start button will then start capturing on both interfaces; in
other words, it will start capturing using whatever interface(s) were last used
in the session. However, the Start button cannot be used to launch a
multiple-interface capture for the first time.
