without Kerberos, without GeoIP, with PortAudio V19-devel (built Jun 15 2009),
without AirPcap.
NOTE: this build doesn't support the "matches" operator for Wireshark filter
syntax.

Running on Windows Server 2008, build 7100, without WinPcap.

It appears winpcap 4.1b5 blocks installation on Windows 7 by design. 
Unfortunately, the wireshark installer tries to install it anyway, and fails. 
Perhaps the Wireshark installer should de-select the winpcap installer on
Windows 7 until winpcap 4.1 is released (and supports W7).
