Hi,
I'm not oposed to addinga BSS MAP-LE dissector if the signals are different
on the two interfaces, in fact I think that would be better as it would
make it possible to detect signals with the wrong content.
I must go back to the specs and se where I got mixed up :)
However I think it would be better to use the same coding style(functions)
as in the other gsm dissectors as sharing of element decoding would be easier.

The preference in an BSS MAP-LE dissector should be the ssn it would register
to and the default beeing the one recomended by 3GPP.
